@rabbitoreg In all seriousness, the one really intriguing use of VR in L&D that I saw was a proof of concept, from @Lowes I think, where people actually did basic home improvement projects (like replacing a lift switch) in VR so they knew what tools to buy & how to use them. #lrnchat

@urbie True. I once created a product info course where the final test was to do a mock sales call with your supervisor. Everybody loved it... until the supervisors started getting calls. Shortly after that, the new course owner changed it to a multiple choice test. :-( #lrnchat

@rabbitoreg @Lowes I get it; for the most part, that’s how early adopters work. Once prices come down and the tech is more mainstream, we will seem increasing adoption and more interesting uses of it. #lrnchat
